GirlTalk is a program created by Dr. Lakita Long, and started off about 8 years ago, after having a bed side chat with her then 15 year old neice, about some decisions that she stated that she wanted to to do which was totally contrary to what she originally wanted for her life. At that time, GirlTalk was birthed, and she has been talking with young girls every since.
